Terms and conditions:

Entitlement:  Goods or services purchased will remain the property of Lewis Carter until payment has been received in full.  

Terms of Payment: A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of a quotation for all upholstery and curtain making services. The outstanding balance - billed by invoice, is then payable strictly on delivery.  Supply only of fabric, trimmings, poles/tracks, custom made blinds or other such goods are payable in full at the time of order.  

Quotations:  Goods will be in accordance with the quotation given. Additional goods or services will be with the agreement of Lewis Carter and deemed as extra and subject to an additional charge.  All quotations are inclusive of VAT payable in the UK at the current rate of 20% unless otherwise stated. Quotations hold firm for a period of 3 calendar months.

Fitting of hardware and/or fixtures: Clients are required to inform Lewis Carter of any electrics, pipes, steels etc. that lay in walls or recesses that may prevent the successful fitting of hardware. 

Lewis Carter cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise through not having access to - or being informed about site information and/or other relevant Health and Safety information.  It will be the customers' responsibility to make sure that their walls or recesses are prepared - and of a sound nature - prior to fitting of hardware and/or fixtures.
